I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made my check-in process smooth and easy. They were really polite to me during my stay. Besides, the building was nicely decorated with all the typical facilities that I expect from a hotel. The room was rather spacious, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment.

The building of the hotel and its decorations look quite impressive with a typical classy vibe. the rooms are spacious and well, equipped with all standard amenities, and the cleaning staff did their job efficiently. the front desk staff gave us smart options of scotch and provided a hassle, free check, in. the location is convenient and safe, and guests enjoyed exploring the nearby food joints and shopping malls.

The breakfast spread was limited, and some guests were disappointed with its quality.

The hotel was well-located in a central area and had a beautiful building facade. The room was spacious with great amenities, and it had a friendly bartender with delicious drinks!

Our experience was overall negative. The reception staff was poorly trained, disorganized, and seemed uninterested in customer service. They also failed to communicate effectively, leaving us stranded without proper transportation and causing confusion during check-in. Additionally, the check-out time was very early and inconvenient. We would not recommend this hotel to others.

Cleanliness and prime location. The amenities were up to par and the hotel had a nice decor. The bartender was friendly and made good recommendations.

The front desk staff was incredibly incompetent. They did not handle requests properly and lacked basic customer service skills.
